Team Lead Or Project Manager
As a Web Developer you'll be responsible for developing the pages for a variety of projects which will include websites and online stores – writing code to develop the layouts and based on the briefs and design given.
- Writing efficient code; Creating web pages using HTML/CSS
- Working closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website
- Coordinating with other team members and making a clear plan of what can be created within what timeframe.
- Preparing contingency plans in case the website goes down
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once it is built successfully.
- A bachelor’s degree in design (or equivalent) and a firm grasp of the workings of important design software
- Solid Knowledge and experience in programming applications, languages and terminology
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Team Lead Or Project Manager
As a Website Tester, you will be responsible for testing and monitoring websites and web applications on multiple devices using professional quality-assurance methods, and ensure that the final product meets the required expectations and standards.
- Testing Websites on different devices like laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones of different shapes and sizes, and make sure they look good and work well on all these.
- Collaborate with developers or team lead on any bugs, errors and get them resolved.
- A bachelor’s degree in CIS, business, engineering, or mathematics

Design Team Lead or Senior Designer Or Project Manager
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will contribute in bringing customers in and generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone (and email) and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Contact customers to inform them about a product or service (using scripts given)
- Answer questions about the company or its products/services
- Communicate with customers to close sales
- Keep record of customer information in the database
- Handle customer grievances, making sure the company’s reputation stays protected

Design Team Lead or Senior Designer Or Project Manager
As a Visual Designer you'll be responsible for conceptualization of designs for a variety of projects which will include websites and online stores - creating the layouts and artwork based on inputs from client meetings or creative design briefs.
- Collaborate with team members to define user interface requirements for project(s)
- Use design software to create original and unique designs that match or even surpass client requirements.
- Apply techniques using apt design tools, to enhance digital pictures and refine illustrations.
- Present rough drafts (hand-drawings or digital sketches) to managers or team lead to gain approval for design.
- Develop design prototypes and models to use in various projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in design and a firm grasp of the workings of important design software
- Should have a firm grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator; and other important design software.
- Should have an understanding of web design browser issues, cross-platform compatibility etc.
- Experience with animations, design and dynamic interaction
