The cost of our services is more than these and we cover the cost of the services over the duration of the plan which is 1+12 months. Our costs are not addressed until the complete plan amount of Rs 25,000 and 12 monthly amounts of Rs 6250 have been received. On completion of the plan period all the data in the website / store are available for you to migrate if you would like to. Software, source code and technical details are not provided at any stage. The data, pages content, images, videos and documents that are part of the website and store can be provided along with the design / layout instructions.
Once the plan duration of 1+12 months is complete we recommend that you continue with the monthly subscription of Rs 6250 per month so that we can continue to provide support and assistance and you can also get the benefits of ongoing brand promotion and SEO. This ongoing cost is a small expense for a growing brand and business and provides large benefits and maintains the momentum that have have developed. In case you still wish to discontinue these you can maintain these on our infrastructure for an annual cost of Rs 3499 for a website and Rs 19999 for a store with fair usage policy.
Fair Usage Policy is that when services are provided and scope and quotas defined these always do not reflect various business and technical dynamics and events that can unexpectedly occur later and impact our infrastructure, services and costs in ways that we are not able to visualize presently. In such instances additional costs maybe applicable to cover the additional costs that we need to incurr to support the services. Fair Usage Policy applies in these instances and we reserve our rights to levy additional costs to compensate for our losses or discontinue services in case these are creating additional loads and costs for us that we are not able to absorb.
We maintain high quality standards in all the services and activities that are part of our plan and deliveries. The plan is presently available only in its complete form. If some specific services in the plan are not needed we can disable them. However this does not change the pricing and payment plan.
Once any services have been initiated the time involved from our team and the costs of these services are booked by us and we cannot reverse or reuse them. We do not provide any refunds for any payments made.
